    I find it very difficult to excercise in the daytime as i have 2 small children, so often have to excercise at night. Will i still get the same effects?

  7. I'm far too embarrassed about how I look at the moment to go to the gym. If I do your video every day at home and follow the diet plan will I get toned and lose the fat? I'm 50 and about 3 stone too heavy!!

    Hi! i have just bought your dvd and love it ;-) its so easy to follow and keeps me motivated. 2 questions: How much exercise did YOU do everyday/week to loose so much weight so quickly in the first month and then in the next months? Also, the ab toning section gives me terrible back and neck ache, does this mean that I am doing it wrong? Thanks Please notify me when question has been answered!
