Hi, try this exercise to really burn fat and tone your whole body. Love,

Fitness Tips

  1. Exercise before you eat breakfast – the latest research shows that you burn more fat that way. Basically because you’ve fasted overnight, when you exercise first thing, the body goes straight to your fat stores for energy. If you have breakfast first, it just uses the glucose that’s already in your bloodstream from the food.
  2. Snack on protein – it fills you up more than any other kind of snack – even carbohydrate based snacks like crisps. So eat a handful of nuts or a small piece of chicken or lean meat.
  3. Do the right kind of exercise – and you’ll need to less of it. So interval training (which is what my DVD is based on) involves very short bursts of intense exercise (like sprinting on the spot) followed by a rest period. It makes you sweat but the great news is only 10 minutes of interval training burns the same number of calories as a 50 minute run!
  4. Stick a ‘fat picture’ of yourself on the fridge (or the wine bottle) to keep you on track.
  5. Have goals – I had the prospect of appearing nude on stage to keep me motivated, but maybe a party that’s coming up or a beach holiday can be a goal.
  6. Avoid going out when you first start your regime, so you won’t have a drink then get tempted to over-eat and fall off the wagon.
  7. But… once you’ve got going and are seeing results, allow yourself a treat – mine was a piece of cheese or a glass of wine – once a week.
  8. Don’t beat yourself up if you fall off the wagon one night – the best way to lose weight is to be consistent and not just thing ‘oh I’ve blown it I’ll have ten cheeseburgers now’!
  9. Get educated – learning lots of geeky facts about interval training and body metabolism helped to keep me focussed on why this was going to work for me.
  10. Never allow yourself to get hungry cos then you’ll just go on a blow out. On my diet you get to eat five meals a day, so there’s no way you ever get hungry.
